Yeast pancakes with original filling
Air yeast pancakes stuffed with cod liver, boiled carrots, greens and eggs. The flavors are pleasantly salty with fish shade.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk

    700 g

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Cod liver oil

    230 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Greens

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Separate the yolks (4 eggs) from the proteins in the sifted flour add the yeast, salt and sugar.

In warm milk, add gradually the prepared flour and the yolks, mix thoroughly.

Well mixed, put in a warm place to approach the test

After an hour the dough has doubled in size.

Whisk whites until thick foam, mix, add 3 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil "Oleyna" and proceed to baking pancakes.

Before each pancake dough, stirring, raised to a height of 30 cm several times, saturating with oxygen. This procedure should be carried out with any test.

In the photo is butter, if it will be a sweet filling, it is possible (but not necessary) to lubricate each pancake. The pancakes are ready

Now the filling: cod Liver oil fully liberated from the oil, mash with a fork or in a blender (food chopper), add grated carrot and grated egg. Mix all the filling is ready!

Wrap the pancakes like who wants, I love the envelope. Although the second pancakes wrapped a tube (it's stuffed with carrots, cheese and raisins).
