Pumpkin pancakes
Finally pumpkin season is open! I offer sooo, crazy delicious pancakes! They are lush, light, airy! In my family no one eats pumpkin, but this dish left on once and again! Saw the recipe in the "vse bude dobre", it's simple and requires no cost! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cook the pumpkin until soft. Then make puree. And allow to cool.

Mix the dry ingredients, namely flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, spices.

Then the liquid ingredients : egg, milk (200ml), vinegar, vegetable oil, mashed pumpkin. All mix well.

Now mix up in the liquid, little by little, the dry mixture. The dough should be thick, the spoon should stand, and not to lead. Stir well and allow to stand in a warm place for 5-10 minutes. And while our dough is resting, we will make the frosting...

Heat butter, add milk, cinnamon (slightly), and add the powdered sugar, the number can vary from 2 tablespoons to 5. I think 3-4 tbsp - it is sweet, but to our, not very sweet, pancakes - the most it!

Spread on a pan for about 1.5 tbsp of dough, even out, but no need to make pancakes too thin, we need more elaborate=). And fry on medium heat, until bubbles and turn over to the other side. Still hot pour the glaze, and fold the pile! Well, or as You prefer!
