Potato gratin at home
This potato gratin with minced meat, so the dish can be used as a full dinner. It turns out very hearty and delicious casserole that will delight Your loved ones!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Milk

    0.3 l

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Mix pork and beef mince. Cut finely the onion, add it to the stuffing. Also add salt and spices. Mix well. Put the mixture into the pan and fry in sunflower oil.

Peel the potatoes, then boil.

Preheat the oven. When the potato is cooked, add salt to it and make puree (I make with milk). Prepare a baking dish. I use foil, but you can in sunflower oil.

To put a layer of sauce in the form, then a layer of mince and top with the remaining puree. Brush with beaten egg. And bake for about 30 minutes, until the crust.
