Sauteed seafood
Seafood is exotic not for every day! But when they cook enjoying full! Shrimp, scallops, mussels, cuttlefish, crabs and wine, garlic and butter, lemon and herbs, the best friends in the most delicious recipes! And so today, we have a favorite saute the whole family and my friends! Prepared quickly, the result is fantastic!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    8 piece

  • Scallop

    8 piece

  • Octopus

    8 piece

  • Cuttlefish

    8 piece

  • Mussels

    200 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Dry white wine

    150 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

Cooking

Seafood defrosting, wash and dry.

Onions finely chop, garlic squeeze.

In butter fry onion and garlic until Golden brown.

Next, pour the actual tomatoes in juice and wine. Saute all for 10 minutes on medium heat. Add the prawns and scallops, simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Dry herbs to mix with a spoon of corn starch and salt. Add a mixture of herbs with starch and quickly stir.

The finished dish sprinkle with chopped parsley and pepper. This is usually served with sauté in a frying pan!!! And always with fresh and delicious croutons!
