Multyashnye muffins with cereals
It's delicious, healthy and hearty Breakfast. In the recipe there is not an ounce of flour, but a sufficient variety of vegetables and healthy, delicious natural cereals Mistral, who being an unbeatable source of complex carbohydrates, valuable fiber, vitamins and minerals, provide energy, help improve digestion and keep the feeling of satiety. The idea is taken from "Slender Breakfast."

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    8 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Mozzarella

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Greens

  • Sundried tomatoes
