Bifteki (meatballs) with peppers
Offer You hearty, tasty, and aromatic dish in Greek cuisine. Summer is the time. These cakes will appeal to both kiddies and adults.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Baton

    1 slice

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Oregano

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.125 tsp

  • Vinegar

    20 ml

  • Olive oil

    170 ml

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Pepper

    12 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

Burgers (bifteki): in a bowl, mix the ground beef with onion, slice of bread, an egg, a small amount of oregano and nutmeg, 35 ml oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Optional can add a half-Cup of grated hard piquant cheese, such as Pecorino. Beef should be elastic and soft. If the meat is tough, add a little water. To form 8 cutlets.
