Cooking

step-0
Heat milk in a small part of it dissolve the yeast and sugar. Pour this mixture into the remaining milk, add the salt, eggs, melted margarine, part of flour, stir. Add the herbs, knead well. Add remaining flour gradually, not all at once. As soon as the dough will separate from the sides, add the vegetable oil. Stir, cover with a lid or cloth and put in a warm place. When the dough has doubled in size (30-40 minutes), lower the hands (to press down). After punching it will rise even faster.
step-1
Put the dough on a well-covered with flour the Board, dough its density is not steep, but rather flowing (through fingers runs). I moistened with oil so the dough doesn't stick. Knead it, divide into a couple of parts, depending on the number and size of your forms. Form grease with vegetable oil, put them in the batter and set aside for proofing for 30 minutes. Oiled surface and sprinkle with sesame seeds or the herbs. Then send in a preheated 200-220 degrees (I have gas) the oven. After 20-30 minutes (depends on the oven, and by the way, I put a bowl of water down) on the surface of the bread turn Golden, grease with beaten egg and give a little more browned.
step-2
I did not expect such a result! Crispy crust, all cooked, the structure of the bread is very porous, air. When pressed hard with your finger it immediately comes back. The bread itself is flavorful.
step-3
By the way, I baked it yesterday at 11 PM. Tried, covered with a towel and went to sleep. Even at lunch, the bread remained crispy on the outside and very soft inside. Like just out of the oven, with one change - it was cold ;)
step-4
I think You my bread like. Bon appetit!!!
