Karask-cake made of barley flour
Delicious pastries Estonian cuisine. Pellet of a mixture of barley and wheat flour. Very tasty with butter and honey.

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    180 g

  • Flour

    90 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

Mix yogurt, egg and oil. If you use butter, the pre-melt and cool it.

Mix the dry ingredients, barley and wheat flour, sugar, salt and soda. Stir everything with a whisk to evenly distribute baking soda.

Mix the dry and liquid ingredients and knead soft dough.

Put the dough in shape and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until Golden brown and dry splinter. I feel his new form.
