Cupcake on proteins
Sorely proteins are accumulated in the freezer, do not have time to attach them. Here's one way of "recycling" protein - delicious, aromatic lemon cake.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Lemon

    1 piece

With lemon erase zest.
