Filler pie with potatoes and saury
Dear friends, I want to share with you my recipe of mouth-watering meat pie with potatoes and saury, which requires absolutely no effort. But how tasty pie is just mind otesh! Definitely try to cook – you will not regret it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Soda

    1 pinch

  • Saira

    1 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

1. Whisk the eggs with the baking soda and salt.

2. In a separate container mix sour cream with mayonnaise and add it to the egg mass. Whip all with a whisk.

3. The resulting mass sift the flour and knead the dough. For consistency, the dough should resemble liquid sour cream.

4. Onions finely chop, and canned mash with a fork. Mix well among themselves.

5. Fresh potatoes peel and RUB on a grater.

6. In a heat resisting form, pre lined with parchment paper, pour the greater part of the batter and evenly spread the filling. First the potatoes, then the fish with onions.

7. Cover pie with remaining dough and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
