Apples wash, dry, peel and seeds, cut into slices.
Put into a saucepan (preferably with a wide bottom) and pour sugar in my coffee (coffee in advance is dissolved in 200 ml of boiling water and add 1 tablespoon of sugar). Put on fire and warm up for 10-15 minutes, not boiling, occasionally stirring carefully, until the apples are slightly soft.
Then proceed to the preparation of the test. The softened margarine to grind with sugar and egg, and the flour mixed with baking powder and starch. Then mix everything and knead the dough. The dough will be fairly sticky, so before placing it in a baking dish - wet hands with water.
Form grease with oil. Put the dough in the form, level and form ledges.
Apples remove from the pan. Coffee does not pour! The dough apples and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
Meanwhile, while the base is baked, you need to quickly prepare the sauce. To connect sour cream, sugar, egg, vanilla and the remaining 50 ml of coffee from under the apples. Mix well. I'm a little bit whipped in a blender.
After 10 minutes, get the Apple pie out of the oven and pour the filling. Then again send in the oven for 15 minutes. The shading needs a good blusher.
