Frittata with bacon and green peas
This dish is prepared with eggs, adding different toppings: tomatoes, cucumbers, green peas, ham, eggplant, bell pepper, string beans, stuffing. Frittata can be baked in a pan or bake in the oven. Why I decided to cook this dish? As soon as I read the title in the "Golden recipe collection", immediately in my head popped the image of the chef from the TV series "Kitchen", the actor Nazarov, dancing in one episode, to put it mildly, drunk and singing the name of the dish, which he had to prepare: "Frittata-Tata-Tata... Frittata-Tata-Tata...". And so the Frittata.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Green peas

    180 g

  • Cheese

    60 g

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    4 piece

Cooking

Mix eggs and milk, seasoned with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the herbs and natural on a fine grater cheese.

On a hot pan with olive oil fry the bacon slices until Golden brown, add green peas and cook for a minute.

Baking pan smeared with butter, lay bacon with green peas.

Sprinkle with herbs and cheese (1\2 cooked amount).

Then add the egg mixture, sprinkle with remaining part of the cheese and herbs. I'm not mixed, but slightly "recessed" plug. And - in a preheated 180*C oven and bake until Golden brown.
