In front of a bowl of lentil were two very mysterious creatures... how long we gonna be here? There are so many interesting, exciting and new! Have a lot to learn, to describe, to cook... You know INA, what time do we have, of course, a little, but if we will try to quickly and successfully complete our assignment, then the Professor Arion, undoubtedly, will allow to extend our stay on Earth. But for this we need to give it a flawless report on the work done. We're already passed the theoretical course about the benefits of lentils, studied its structure, properties, conducted biochemical analysis, now the challenge is to apply our knowledge in practice and to prepare lentil pie! - enthusiastically said the Satellite, the senior chef of the alien ship, and shouted to the Team, Express building in the kitchen!

So, today we prepare lentil pie and do not forget that lentils are a unique source of iron and zinc, so including it in the permanent menu, improves performance and resistance to various diseases - said the Companion of his team. CHAN, boil it in salted water until tender (about 20 min).

On top of the cheese spread the lentil filling, level and gently bend the edges of the dough. (If you were cutting the dough, turn on the imagination and decorate the cake :-) ). Then preheat the oven to 180 degrees and leave there for 40 minutes. But in the middle of baking, cover pie with foil to keep the stuffing burnt. And, of course, occasionally look down and check if everything's okay, because we all have different ovens..
Well, my dear team, our cake is ready! Pie serve warm... and enjoy! And don't forget that the lentils do not accumulate nitrates, radionuclides, and toxic elements, therefore is considered an environmentally friendly product. All a pleasant appetite!!!
