Rice with herbs and pine nuts
The unusual combination of a mixture of parboiled and wild rice with pine nuts - only complement each other. Rice can be used as a separate dish or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Lemon

    1 Tbsp

Add rice bubble MIX into the pan with water in proportion 1:2,5 and bring to a boil. Then cover tightly and cook over low heat 30-35 minutes, until the rice absorbs all the water. Remove from heat and leave under the lid for another 10 minutes to reach.

Parsley finely chopped. Cooked rice season with olive oil and lemon juice, add parsley, pine nuts and mix well.

Put the rice into shape. Then a form with content flip on dish.

Garnish with greens and nuts.
