Salmon rolls and caldarium mousse
Had I the time, I was on a diet of celery soup. To lose weight with it is not very successful, but I had a steady dislike for the smell of celery and I could not convince you that it's delicious. But, having overcome my fear, I prepared this dish and was pleasantly surprised: it's too delicious!!! Highly recommend to cook. If someone is watching calories in 100g of 122 kcal

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    20 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    100 g

  • Onion

    30 g

  • Salmon

    300 g

Here are our ingredients.

Onions finely chop, fry in olive oil. Potato peel, finely chop, add to onion, add finely chopped celery. A little fry, but not rodanim.

In the dish pour the celery mousse, spread rolls, decorate with arugula and Basil. For a side dish you can serve rice or potatoes.
