  • Salt

  • Garlic

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

  • Vegetable oil

I had 1.2 kg of caviar, while the washed-cleaned, about 1 kg. Salt, pepper, garlic, added 1 egg (I have a large 2 yolks) 1 tbsp of semolina, starch, flour. A pinch of baking soda mixed gently and allowed to stand for half an hour. Then simmered in a well heated pan with a large number of CMV oil under the lid fried cutlets, laying them with a spoon.
