Description
Recipe of puff pastry I've seen our chefs, but I give his own, with other ingredients. This dough should roll only once and that will be enough. The dough when baking the puff turns out, as the lemon juice takes its structure and cook without any problems ! Try it!

Cooking
Sift flour slide on a flat Board. Put on top of slightly softened butter
and quickly with a knife to chop up butter with flour to make coarse crumbs.
Collect them in the form of slides, to make it deeper, put the salt. Pour water with lemon juice and quickly knead the dough.
Roll it into a ball, wrap in towel and put 1 hour in the refrigerator (not the freezer!).
On a cutting Board to put plastic wrap, put the dough and rascati it in the form of a layer with a thickness of 0.5 cm.
From this dough you can cook cobblers, pies and cakes.
