Rye bread with seeds
Never baked bread so I decided to try.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Water

    340 ml

  • Sunflower seeds

    100 g

In warm water add yeast.

Seeds dry.

In the water with the yeast add the flour and seeds (approximately more than half). Knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave for 25 minutes.

To form the blank and put in the form. Grease top with butter and sprinkle with seeds, leave to rise in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 220 degrees! Bon appetit! :rose:
