Yesterday I received in the mail a long-awaited book about homemade bread, quiches and pies closed. The recipe for this bread from there. Only there are used so-called live yeast (ferment from honey, water and flour), but they should do for a very long time and I did the usual "wet" yeast. The recipe is very simple and fast.
