Frittata with salmon, sweet pepper and leek
Frittata is a traditional Italian scrambled eggs or an omelet with many and varied additives. From our usual scrambled eggs it is characterized in that first fried in a pan, and then brought to readiness in the oven. Try my autumn version :)

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    250 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    0.5 piece

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sage

    2 piece

Cooking

In vegetable oil fry the sliced leek with the garlic and sage leaves.

Add the chopped red pepper, sauté another 3 minutes.

Cut the salmon into large cubes, mix with the roasted vegetables and spread in a greased baking dish (I 26х20 cm). ***For quick cooking here I retreated a little from the Italian technology***

Beat eggs with cream, add the grated Parmesan, pepper and salt, mix well. Pour on top of the form.

Bake in a preheated 200*C oven for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown. Bon appetit! :)
