Ingredients

  • Minced fish

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Pepper

    1 cup

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread crumbs

In the fish minced add the egg, oats, salt, ground black pepper. Mix everything carefully. Let stand the meat for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile fry the shrimp in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes (you can add garlic). Slightly cooled. Bulgarian pepper cut into cubes. Grind the dill. Mix everything with the shrimp. This is the stuffing for meatballs.
