Description
Very simple and original recipe that will please both you and your guests. Like meatballs, but at the same time not. Bitter-sweet, dormandy the smell of cinnamon so that the taste and the flavor is incomparable -- the head turns, reminiscent of the East, reviving in the memory of pleasant memories about the rest, positive emotions, finally, awakens the appetite. And "kebabs" gain a unique taste and aroma.....

Cooking
First, the spices. I have a special set of spices for Turkey meat, which includes red peppers, ginger, black pepper, cumin, oregano, hot pepper, lemon salt and sugar. If not those, then use the following set: paprika, Cayenne pepper and ground black pepper 0.5 tsp; or even to taste and availability! Make the stuffing. Grind in a blender fillet, parsley and garlic. I added to minced meat 3 tbsp of water.
Add salt, seasoning, olive oil and knead the dough. In the fridge for 2 hours (can be more if time allows).
Stuffing divide into 7-8 equal parts and make "kebabs" on the cinnamon sticks. You can do both I have a flat, can - like balls, "a La Lollipop":) My husband likes to intervene and to command, so my Lollipop with the help of strong male hands always turn into flat....but the taste does not suffer, and this is important....
There are several options how to cook them. We love to do them on the grill just tastes better. In a deep bowl pour oil and fry the kebabs as deep-fried, then they are fried and delicious, but fatty, you can call kebab fri:=) (I was this option rejected, although tasty). In a double boiler: the smell of cinnamon then flies around the house (for those who are on a diet:)) and the last option that I have used this time - just fry in a pan in a small amount of oil on two sides for 3 minutes.
Ready put on a plate and sprinkle with cashew nuts.
Serve with your favourite side dish. Bon appetit!
