Onions, carrots and fillets to brush, wash. Onion finely chopped. Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Fillet cut into cubes (not large). Next, preheat a frying pan to pour vegetable oil (not too much, and then get fat) and saute the onions until Golden brown. Then add the carrots and fry a little too. Then add the fillet and fry for about 10 minutes.
