Eggs of lamb with roasted cauliflower and passerovannym onions. A very tasty dish. Delicate taste of the eggs lamb with a simple side dish. On the side can come the rice or potatoes.

Cooking
Rinse eggs in cold water.
Remove the skin, rinse and soak in cold water for 30 minutes 3 times to change the water and rinse in fresh water.
Eggs cut in half, put in a hot frying pan, cover and simmer on medium heat until it boils away all the liquid. Remove the cover and fry on both sides until a light crust, not frying eggs until blackening.
While stewed eggs, boiled cauliflower throwing it in boiling water for 2-3 min. Drain, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on a medium heat. Separately sauté onions. After frying, eggs are greatly reduced in size.
When you're ready - eggs cooked side dish. Mix the browned onions, the cabbage, season with herbs, pour soy sauce.
