An old recipe of my beloved grandmother. I still remember the sweet taste of the chicken or rooster cooked by her talented hands. Since then, and I am trying to learn how to prepare dishes just as good.

Cooking
For starters, the carcass of a rooster you need to wash and remove the insides.
Liver, heart and lungs boiled in a little salted water until tender.
Then cut into small pieces or, even better, grind in a meat grinder.
A third of a loaf soaked in milk until soft.
Now combine the soaked bread with offal
Salt, season with salt and pepper and add a little mayonnaise to taste.
And stuffed with this mixture of a Cockerel or hen. Suture the abdomen.
After that you need to prepare the sauce: press out the garlic, add the prepared spices, salt
This sauce generously grease all sides of our rooster or hen, each leg and wing.
And bake in the oven for about 1 hour at 180-200 degrees until cooked. The meat will be ready when the puncture or cut is not allocated blood and meat behind the bones. The separated juice periodically water the carcass. That's all. And it turns out amazingly delicious, especially the wings! Although not as much as my grandmother... Bon appetit and happy New Year!
