Description

Chicken stewed in tomato sauce with olives
Very tasty, tender chicken. The recipe was invented by my mother.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    6 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green olives

    1 can

  • Tomato paste

    250 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Prepare the ingredients

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion finely chop and passeruem on coverage

Spread the vegetables in tochilka

Coarsely cut the chicken (you can finely, as You prefer), a bit of fry

Cut into slices olives

The chicken and olives spread on the vegetables, add a little vegetable oil and pour the tomato paste with added water. All mix well and put in oven heated to 200 degrees, about 45 minutes
