Mix condensed milk with cream. Beat with a mixer 4 minutes until thick and light weight.
From lemons to remove the zest and squeeze the juice. You should get 150 ml of juice. To the resulting mass add the lemon juice and zest. Beat for 2-3 seconds not more. Weight instantly thickens.
