Stuffed mushrooms
Portobello mushrooms stuffed with Parmesan, breadcrumbs, nuts and Basil. Very quick and delicious appetizer that complements any holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    8 piece

  • Parmesan

    1 cup

  • Bread crumbs

    1 cup

  • Walnuts

    5 Tbsp

  • Basil

    6 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 cup

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash the mushrooms and remove the legs. Sbryzgivaem olive oil.

All the ingredients for the filling, mix until a uniform wet mass (but not liquid). Heaped on each mushroom put the filling, sprinkle with olive oil.

Bake in the oven for 20 mins at 180 deg.
