Baked eggplant with salmon
Fresh salmon baked in eggplant. Tasty dish. Trying food use more fish. Fried, boiled, baked in foil, salt - already a salmon on my Desk was not once. Don't know whether you'll like the eggplant with salmon... my satisfied dinner.

Eggplants, each of 300 g.

Remove with a spoon with teeth pulp. Lower halves of the eggplant for seven minutes in salted boiling water.

Salmon, we need only 400 g 100 g - per portion (half of the eggplant). Every piece of salmon, sprinkle with salt mixture.

The pan of grease on the bottom put the potatoes in two rows, half of eggplant spread out on the edges. In the center between the stacked eggplant again potatoes. Salt is not necessary, because the potatoes can be tough, not baked. Pepper, sprinkle with curry powder. The pan put in a preheated oven on 200 degrees. After 20 minutes remove from oven... Serve on top of potatoes onion rings and grated carrots. Sprinkle with seasoning salt.

For onion and carrot (in the middle) to spread out the cheese. The top - rings of onion, the remaining carrots and chopped pepper. And again put the pan in the oven for 20-30 minutes until cooked... Temperature of 180-200 degrees.
