Lamb chops with grilled vegetables and sweet potatoes
I love dishes cooked in the oven! A minimum of effort and a maximum of healthy and tasty result. This simple dish. Recently tried Sweet potato and forever loved. Very tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Ribs

    6 piece

  • Pepper

    10 piece

  • Asparagus

    150 g

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Ginger

  • Cumin

  • Rosemary

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

Cooking

To start prepare the ribs for cooking. Wash the meat, season with a little salt and pepper, add cumin, rosemary, ginger.

In a pan pour olive oil and fry the spare ribs with two sides

Prepare the required vegetables

Peel and chop potatoes, place in a baking tray greased with olive oil

To peel and slice zucchini, place on top of potatoes. Season with a little salt

Lay on the prepared meat

Add sweet pepper, fine you can cut.

Add asparagus, green beans and onions. Sprinkle the top with black pepper, salt (if you want) and add a bit of Parmesan. Send in a preheated 200*C oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Before serving you can sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese. Serve hot. Bon appetit and good health!
