Pumpkin-Apple pie with candied ginger
Try to offer a very rich flavors, moist, attractive in the context of the pie slices of fresh pumpkins, juicy apples and spicy, a little pungent ginger!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    140 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Pumpkin

    50 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Ginger

    15 g

Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.

Add yogurt and vegetable oil. Again mix well.

Add the flour, a pinch of salt and a leavening agent. Mix it thoroughly until smooth (the dough consistency like thick cream).

Fresh pumpkin and candied ginger cut into small dice the apples in small pieces.

Add to the dough.

Mix gently.

Put the dough in a baking dish (the bottom of the form I made the parchment, the edges slightly greased with vegetable oil, shape diameter - 20 cm), smooth. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes, readiness check wooden skewer. The finished cake remove from the oven, allow to cool completely.
