Cakes
Agua is a Turkish cake of figs. It is cooked quickly and simply. Dough without eggs and sugar, the semolina, the main component and distinguishing feature of the Turkish, and all the Arab sweets. It blends wonderfully with the sweetness of the date filling. Cakes are very tasty. Most importantly, bake them at a high temperature, then they will be crumbly, tender and soft. Pour in a bowl the semolina, 25 g of flour and dry milk. The semolina I used TM Mistral. She is small, gentle and slightly sweet. Just perfect for making cakes.
