I propose another version of the pie with plum. Found a few years ago on the Internet, and firmly settled in our home in August! Slightly sacramentine plum and sweet dough, a perfect combination! Want to try, then go and get it!

Cooking
Prepare the needed ingredients
Butter room temperature to mix with sugar, baking powder, and vanilla into a smooth mixture, then add the flour, beat again, add eggs and milk, stir well.
Plums cut into halves and remove pits. In a pan melt the butter, pour sugar in an even layer and bring to the boil and partial polarisavenue sugar. Lay plums cut down.
On top of the plums with a spoon gently lay the dough. Put in a preheated 180°C oven and bake until cooked (took me about 35 minutes). The finished cake remove from the oven, cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes~15. With a knife to separate sides of cake from pan. Pan put on fire for 1~2 minutes so the layer of caramel at the bottom started to melt. Cover top of dish, flip and carefully remove the pan. Thus the pie is first grabbed, and if you turn right, it could break apart or plums stick to the bottom of the pan.
