I saw a recipe online interesting Apple pie! No change was, but it was very tasty! Sweet dough with the addition of fresh, slightly sour apples and a rich filling of raisins, cranberries and aromatic spices!

Cooking
For the filling: melt the butter. In warm oil add the spices, washed and drained raisins, cranberries, zest and lemon juice, sugar. Mix well and leave to infuse.
For the dough: Soft butter vzbit with sugar and vanilla sugar until lush, light weight.
Continuing to stir one by one enter the eggs.
Add flour mixed with baking powder and salt, mix thoroughly (the dough consistency like thick cream).
Add to the dough chopped cube the apples. Mix well.
A baking dish (diameter 20 cm) slightly grease with vegetable oil, put half of the dough, flatten. Spread on top raisin filling, leaving the edges 1.5-2 cm of the test.
Put the remaining dough gently to flatten. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes, then form cover with foil and bake for another 25-30 minutes until tender (check the readiness of a wooden skewer). The finished cake remove from the oven, give it to cool completely.
