Vegetable pineapple pie
As you know, egg in vegetable baking substitute for bananas. Here today came up with this option on a banana pastry with various fillings. You can choose what you like or available. The cake was not cloying, with a slightly sour taste and aroma of ginger, vanilla and cardamom.
