All probably from time to time I want something fish. A fiddle with a fish like a few. With this recipe no fuss. No fish smell. And not a drop of oil. Perfect recipe for working ladies. The recipe is simple and even novice cooks.

Ingredients

  • Fillet

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Prepare all the ingredients. Peel the onion and cut. Fish and tomatoes wash and cut into medium-sized pieces.

Then on a cold, dry (no oil) frying pan put layers: onion, tomatoes and fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

On top of all this pour sour cream. Close the lid and put on fire. After boiling, keep 5 minutes on high heat. And 15 minutes on low.
