Pork in the pot
Hot, hearty dish for the whole family. Served a La carte and simple to prepare. Like and home and guests.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Potatoes

    2 kg

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

Cooking

Cook the meat, wash, cut the tendon, remove bone chips, cut into medium pieces.

Fry the pork over high heat until Golden brown. If pork is lean, add sunflower oil.

The carrots and peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

To prepare pots for laying ingredients.

Fill the pots 2/3 with vegetables, sprinkle with salt and season with salt and pepper to taste, into each pot, add 50 ml of water.

Lay meat, add a spoonful of soy sauce, cover with a lid and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Before serving, add a knob of butter. If you like a more juicy meal, increase the quantity of water to 100ml. BON APPETIT!!!
