Fish in a cheese crust
Tender, delicious fish recipe found and upgraded my beloved husband - and, as always, everyone is excited :)

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    4 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Pepper white

    1 tsp

to prepare the products

Fillets thawed, cut into pieces measuring 3 cm in length, and pepper, add the lemon juice, soy sauce and marinate for 40 minutes.

In a separate bowl mix the eggs with the grated cheese.

Marinated fish dipped in flour,

then once in the egg-cheese mixture

and quickly pan - fry both sides until Golden brown, 3 minutes on each side.

Served with boiled rice a La carte or just a General dish - very tasty!!!
