Gnocchi of pumpkin
Gnocchi is an Italian dish. They are dumplings with different kinds of products based on flour and containing more often boiled potatoes. My version of gnocchi - pumpkin. Offer for the competition "Bright mood".

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1 kg

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Pine nuts

    1 handful

  • Rosemary

    2 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

From pumpkin to remove the core, cut into strips and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven with the peel for 20 minutes.

Remove the pumpkin from the oven, cool slightly, remove the skin. Peel the potatoes.

With the help of a blender (or kartoflyanki) to turn a pumpkin with the potato, mix thoroughly.

Add the sifted flour, knead the dough - it should not be very steep, but apart should not.

Roll out the dough sausages, cut pieces 2 cm in diameter.

Roll in flour. Boil plenty of water, add salt.

Boil the pellets in water for 5 minutes - they should float. Then with a slotted spoon transfer to a colander to drain the water.

Heat in a pan the oil, put the gnocchi, add the rosemary and the nuts and fry a little, stirring occasionally. Bon appetit!
