Cooking
Our main ingredients. In baking I often use products from HAAS.
The pumpkin needs to be baked in the oven and blend it.
Mix the sifted flour with spices and baking powder.
Melt butter, cool, mix with sugar, eggs and pumpkin puree. Mix everything carefully. Flour mixture in small portions to add in pumpkin and oil and mix quickly. In the end, add chopped nuts.
And akrasanee, large slices, biscuits.
The oven to heat to 180. In the form lined with baking paper, spoon the dough, level and bake for 35-40 min until dry skewers.
The cake is ready allow to cool completely in the form. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into 14 pieces. Very delicious served with lemon tea with mint, the recipe of which is posted below.
