Snack cake with bacon
Airy, soft and delicious cake with a filling of fragrant white rice Mistral pork and smoked brisket. You and guests are sure to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    80 ml

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

    0.5 cup

  • Brisket

    100 g

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

Cooking

Whisk chicken eggs.

Pour in the yogurt and continue whisking.

Add sour cream and whisk.

Add the semolina and whisk. Leave for 15 minutes, the dough.

Then add the baking powder or soda, mix well.

Pour olive oil and whisk.

Pour the sifted flour and stir with a mixer. Add salt. The dough is ready!

Boil white fragrant rice Mistral. To drain the water.

Brisket pork cut into cubes and add to the rice.
