Onion cut into strips. Grate the carrots (ideally cut into sticks), cut into pieces of meat. Fry the onions in plenty of oil, add meat, fry, add the carrots without covering, simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add cumin, barberry, turmeric, salt, pepper, mix well
