The story of this salad goes back as far 80 years. At the time I was in College. I was 20 years on the force, and even then I loved to cook. Somehow, sitting in the evening at home, I just mix the products found in the fridge. The combination of flavors was so successful that this salad stuck in my house. It began to prepare my friends and then friends of my friends:) And when in the early 90 -ies of my friend opened a café in the center of Moscow on Tverskaya and introduced this salad to the menu... then I can safely say that my prescription has gone to the people:) And a friend called this salad the name of the author, i.e. me, - "Katyusha& quot;. Here's a story:)

Cooking
Here are the products we need. This quantity is enough for four small portions. Or two superstorewe:)
Eggplant fry in vegetable oil without salt. Drain on a paper towel, folded into a bowl and pour a couple of spoons of soy sauce. Chicken breast cut into thin slices, lightly salt, sprinkle with pepper and quick fry. Cabbage to chop. The white part into thin strips, and green just to break up. Cucumbers cut into strips. Just remove the seeds and excess moisture automake slightly with your hands. You are now ready to mix the salad.
Eggplant lightly wring out of soy sauce and mix all the ingredients. Mayonnaise. The salad is ready.
I have not 20, but rather 47, life goes on... but I still love this salad. We often prepare it with a friend and remembering our youth:) was so young, brash and terribly opinionated:) this salad we fed people in the early 90s on Tverskaya, maybe someone remembers :)
