Favorite knead the dough. I have a yeast custard. On the website the recipe for this test is - so I decided the ingredients for the dough not to write. But the recipe will still write to you are looking for. So... 3 tbsp. of Rast. oil+1 tbsp sugar+1 h l. salt+3 tbsp flour - mix everything and pour in gradually 1 Cup boiling water, continuously stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps. Let him cool off. Then add 1 Cup of warm water and 1 package of yeast (11 gr.). Stir and enter the flour (amount of flour do not write, since flour is different), knead well. The dough should be soft. Put in a warm place. When it rises, put it on a floured table and you can sculpt cakes.
Prepare the filling. Chicken meat finely chop. Onions finely cut, carrots to grate. Onions and carrots fry and cool. Add to the meat the carrots, onion, paprika, salt, chopped garlic and chopped herbs (I only had frozen dill).
Mix well and you can sculpt cakes.
Fry patties on low heat under the lid (!) with the two sides. Oil should be in the pan for about half a pie. Lay ready pasties on a paper towel to soak up excess fat. And all our pies are ready – help yourself!!! Bon appetit!!!
