Broccoli in a sauce of cream and blue cheese. Juicy, easy, original.

Cooking
Throw broccoli into boiling water, boil for 5-6 minutes, let cool. Large florets cut, but not melkim.
Cheese mash with a fork, gradually add the cream, it turns out smetana consistency. Add salt and pepper, stir.
Pour broccoli sauce and lightly stir (gently).
Finish the salad, sprinkle with walnuts.
