Salad broccoli with cheese sauce
Broccoli in a sauce of cream and blue cheese. Juicy, easy, original.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    400 g

  • Blue cheese

    50 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Throw broccoli into boiling water, boil for 5-6 minutes, let cool. Large florets cut, but not melkim.

Cheese mash with a fork, gradually add the cream, it turns out smetana consistency. Add salt and pepper, stir.
