Cooking
Cook porridge. As we know, the cereal with water taken in the ratio 1:2. I cooked 2 cups of buckwheat. In a saucepan, add 4 cups of cold water and bring to a boil. In boiling water, adding the universal seasoning and salt to taste
Buckwheat wash in warm water and pour in boiling water. Cook until tender 20-30 minutes
Finely chop onions, meat cut into large chunks
In a pan slightly fry the meat in vegetable oil
The cauldron pour a little oil and overcook minced onion with spices until Golden brown
Spread the onions slightly roasted meat and fill with water about 3/4 of the pan. Try to taste, salt, pepper and leave to simmer low heat for 20-30 minutes. When the meat sauce is almost ready, do the following: in a glass pour 1 table.a spoonful of flour and pour it to the brim with warm water, stirring constantly. The resulting mixture is slowly injected into the stew, stirring it. So gravy gets thicker. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes
