My family loves homemade baked goods, especially yeast, and I including. So I always have dry yeast "SAF-moment". Today I cakes with peach and sun-dried lime and added a bit of soft candied fruit. Instead of lime you can take dried lemons. The pies turned out soft with a fruity stuffing and aroma of peach and lime.

Cooking
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add ~ 1/4 Cup of flour to "reserve". Melt the butter and let it cool. Heat the milk to 30 °C. peach Halves place from the banks, give time to drain the remaining liquid. 3. Tighten the bowl with foil and allow the dough to double in volume. It will take about an hour.
4. Combine peach pieces with starch.
5. Add finely chopped lime and soft candied fruits. Mix.
6. Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces, each of them podocyte into a ball.

11. Then without touching the cakes, turn on the oven to 190 C and bake until tender ~ 30 minutes. Baked pies lubricated whipped with a pinch of sugar yolk, and again in the oven for 2-3 minutes until a beautiful brown.
12. Ready pies, sprinkle with water, cover with a towel and refrigerated. You can lubricate soft or melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
