Stuffed poultry
This recipe came to me in the head, although they may use for 200 years

Ingredients

  • Turkey

  • Buckwheat

  • Nuts

  • Raisins

  • Prunes

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

  • Lemon

About an hour before cooking add salt, pepper and sprinkle lemon juice over your bird, I'm a duck.

Buckwheat need to open until half, about 300-400 grams (depending on size of the bird) once the porridge has cooled slightly, add nuts, raisins and prunes, add salt and mix well.
