Soup
In the summer you want to prepare light and refreshing dishes like this cheese-cucumber soup. It is prepared very quickly, and most importantly, no need to stand in a hot plate. This soup is great to refresh and restore the body, leaving a feeling of heaviness after a meal.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    500 g

  • The processed cheese

    100 g

  • Cream

    125 ml

  • Greens

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Here are our main products. Cucumbers wash. Optionally, you can clean. I did not clean because the pickles were their own.

With the help of a blender grind into a puree cucumbers, cheese, cream. After adding pepper and salt, mix well again. At this stage, if using, also add the garlic.

We get this kind of mixture. Cream you can also add more if the soup turned out too thick.

The soup is poured into plates (bowls), sprinkle top with greens and serve.
