Shortbread cake with quince

Ingredients

  • Quince

  • Butter

  • Oat flakes

  • Flour

  • Sugar

  • Chicken egg

  • Sunflower oil

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

Quince good wash, remove the core. Slice them into segments. Fry in sunflower oil for 3-4 minutes. Leave to cool. During this time, prepare the dough.

Egg to mix with sugar.

Add oats and soft butter. Mix well.

Add to the mix the cinnamon and sifted flour. Mix well.

In the form put part of the test, on top of our cooled quince.

The second half of the dough spread on a quince. Distributed and put in preheated oven.

Bake at 180 C for 35-40 minutes. The finished cake decorate to your taste. Very tasty with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
